Description
Sierra Consulting Group has worked with Sawyer Elementary School since 1996 as the school’s technology coordinator. Prior to Sierra’s hiring, the school’s administration were needing some assistance with developing a technology plan that would help navigate them through the technology boom of the 90s. With the web in it’s infancy and the emergence of Windows 95, Sierra’s team collaborated with the administration to develop a 3-year technology plan which included: establishing a solid network infrastructure, developing the core technology competency of their staff, and working with teachers to implement educational technology solutions within the classroom.
