Alex is a new addition to the Sierra as a Help Desk Representative. At an early age he’s been passionate about technology fixing laptops and small devices for friends and family. Since 2016 he’s taken that passion to a professional level working in customer service and management. While working as a tech support manager in surveillance he’s ensured proper operation of computers, performed preventative maintenance on various desktop/laptop PC’s and networks, most of which included trouble shooting, replacing hardware, virus removal, software installation, back-ups, and recoveries.
Alex has a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Animation from Columbia College Chicago and spends his free time working on 2D pixel animation and collecting vintage video games.
